Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 medium potatoes halved
  • 2 carrots sliced

Instructions

  • Season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Place the seasoned pork in the crockpot.
  • Add chicken broth around the pork to keep it moist.
