Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto a lined baking sheet.
Optional: sprinkle decorative toppings on top of each cookie.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
