Ingredients

  • 200 g fresh wheat noodles
  • 3 tablespoons sesame paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 150 g ground pork
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon crushed peanuts
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Boil water in a large pot and cook the wheat noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat some oil over medium heat and add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the ground pork to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Stir in the soy sauce, sesame paste, and chili oil, mixing well to create a sauce.
  • Combine the cooked noodles with the sauce in the pan, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Serve the noodles in bowls, topped with cooked pork mixture.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and crushed peanuts.
  • Add fresh cilantro on top for an aromatic finish.
  • Drizzle additional chili oil for extra heat, if desired.
