Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
Drain excess fat from the beef.
Stir in the taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until smooth.
In a large baking dish, layer half of the Doritos on the bottom.
Spread half of the seasoned beef over the Doritos.
Pour half of the soup mixture over the beef layer.
Add a layer of corn and half of the cheddar cheese.
Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients, finishing with cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
