Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 bag of Doritos
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes optional
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  • Drain excess fat from the beef.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until smooth.
  • In a large baking dish, layer half of the Doritos on the bottom.
  • Spread half of the seasoned beef over the Doritos.
  • Pour half of the soup mixture over the beef layer.
  • Add a layer of corn and half of the cheddar cheese.
  • Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients, finishing with cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
