Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the cold, cubed butter into the dry ingredients.
Use a pastry cutter or fork to mix until crumbly.
Pour in the milk and mix until just combined.
Using a spoon or scoop, drop mounds of dough onto a baking sheet.
Space them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
