Add warm water and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 12-18 hours at room temperature.
Flour your work surface and turn the dough onto it.
Shape the dough into a round loaf using floured hands.
Let the dough rise for about 1-2 hours, covered with a cloth.
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) with a Dutch oven inside for 30 minutes.
Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven and place the dough inside.
Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
