  • 1/2 cup nut butter almond or peanut
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or dried fruits
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and ground flaxseed.
  • Add nut butter and honey (or maple syrup) to the dry ingredients.
  • Mix in chocolate chips or dried fruits for sweetness.
  • Stir in chia seeds and vanilla extract until well combined.
