Ingredients

  • 2 fish fillets such as cod, tilapia, or salmon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Fresh herbs like parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions
