Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: granola chopped nuts, or coconut flakes

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Fold in the mixed berries gently.
  • Line a muffin tin with silicone liners or use an ice cube tray.
  • Spoon the yogurt mixture into each compartment, filling them about 3/4 full.
  • Sprinkle your choice of toppings on top.
  • Place the muffin tin or tray in the freezer.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  • Once frozen, remove the bites from the molds.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
