Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 cup diced kiwi
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Wash all the fruits thoroughly under cold water.
  • Hull the strawberries and dice them into small pieces.
  • Peel the mango and cut it into cubes.
  • Peel the kiwi and slice it into rounds, then dice.
  • Finely chop the red onion.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, mango, kiwi, and red onion.
  • Add the chopped mint leaves to the mixture.
  • Squeeze the juice of one lime over the fruit mixture.
  • If desired, drizzle honey over the fruit and mix gently.
  • Season with a pinch of salt and toss to combine all ingredients well.
