Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made tart shell
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits berries, kiwi, orange, etc.
  • 1/4 cup fruit glaze optional
  • Mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the tart shell according to package instructions or your favorite recipe.
  • Allow the tart shell to cool completely after baking.
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream.
  • Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  • Spread the whipped cream mixture evenly into the cooled tart shell.
  • Arrange the fresh fruits on top of the cream layer in a decorative pattern.
  • If using, brush the fruit glaze over the fruits to give them a shiny finish.
  • Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Garnish with mint leaves before slicing and serving.
