Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
