Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chicken breasts and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
