Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  • Coat each chicken breast with the cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
  • Press the mixture onto the chicken to ensure it sticks.
  • Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • During the last few minutes, broil the chicken for a golden crust.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
