Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced pickles
  • Your favorite sauce e.g., mayo, BBQ

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Place the chicken on the preheated grill.
  • Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Slice the chicken breasts and place on the bottom half of the buns.
  • Add lettuce, tomato, pickles, and your choice of sauce.
  • Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
