Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • Wash the peaches thoroughly and slice them in half.
  • Remove the pits from each peach half.
  • Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the peaches.
  • Place the peaches cut side down on the grill.
  • Grill for about 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear.
  • Carefully flip the peaches and grill for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Drizzle honey over the peaches if desired.
  • Remove from the grill and let cool slightly before serving.
