Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Cut the crown off the pineapple and slice it in half lengthwise.
Remove the core from each half.
Score the pineapple flesh in a crisscross pattern without cutting through the skin.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Sprinkle the sugar mixture evenly over the pineapple.
Drizzle honey and lime juice over the top if desired.
Place the pineapple halves on the grill, cut side down.
Grill for about 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear.
Flip the pineapple and grill for another 3 minutes.
