Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh herbs optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the pork chops.
  • Place the pork chops on the preheated grill.
  • Grill for about 5-7 minutes on one side without moving them.
  • Flip the chops and grill for another 5-7 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove the chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
