Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them.
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the inside of the rolls.
Layer the deli meat evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
Add cheese slices on top of the meat.
Sprinkle shredded lettuce over the cheese.
Place the top half of the rolls back on.
Brush the melted butter over the top of the rolls.
Sprinkle poppy seeds, salt, and pepper on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
