Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
  • Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  • Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the chicken thighs for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Pour the honey mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, basting with sauce halfway through.
