Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1/3 cup black olives sliced
  • 1/3 cup green olives sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese cubed
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Wash all vegetables thoroughly under cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens.
  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the greens.
  • Slice the cucumber and add it to the bowl.
  • Incorporate the black and green olives into the mixture.
  • Cube the mozzarella cheese and sprinkle it over the salad.
  • Thinly slice the red onion and add to the salad.
  • Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
