Ingredients

  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shaved
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Wash the arugula thoroughly and pat it dry.
  • In a large salad bowl, add the fresh arugula as the base.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
