Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Add softened butter, mixing until crumbly.
Stir in yeast mixture and eggs until a dough forms.
Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out dough to ½ inch thickness and cut into squares.
Place filling in the center of each square and fold corners to the center.
Let rise for another 30 minutes before baking.
