Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender buds
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
  • Add the dried lavender buds and steep for 15 minutes.
  • Strain the lavender infusion into a pitcher.
  • In the same saucepan, combine the remaining 2 cups of water and sugar.
  • Heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Add the lemon juice to the lavender infusion.
  • Pour the sugar syrup into the pitcher and stir well.
  • Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve over ice with lemon slices and enjoy!
