Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
