Ingredients

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions.
  • Drain the noodles and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add sliced bell peppers and snap peas, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Toss in the cooked lo mein noodles with the vegetables.
  • Drizzle soy sauce and oyster sauce over the noodles, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Add sesame oil and chopped green onions, mixing everything well.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing flavors to blend.
  • Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
