Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Peel and cube the potatoes, then place them in a large pot.
