Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg optional

Instructions

  • Peel the sweet potatoes.
  • Cut the sweet potatoes into even-sized chunks.
