Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
Once browned, drain excess fat and add marinara sauce to the skillet.
In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In a greased baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti on the bottom.
Add the meat sauce on top of the spaghetti layer.
Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the meat sauce.
Top with the remaining spaghetti and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
