Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Frosting of your choice

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini cupcake pan with liners.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add softened butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in vanilla extract and milk.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Fill each mini cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
