Ingredients

  • Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Black olives sliced
  • Mushrooms sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Use a round cutter to cut out mini pizza bases.
  • Place the mini bases on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread a layer of tomato sauce on each base, leaving a border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Add your desired toppings, such as pepperoni, olives, and mushrooms.
  • Drizzle a little olive oil on top and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, and serve hot.
