Ingredients

  • 200 g of noodles
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 100 g of mixed vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon of chili paste optional
  • Fresh herbs for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Boil water in a large pot.
  • Add noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  • Drain noodles and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Incorporate the cooked noodles into the skillet.
  • Pour in soy sauce and chili paste; mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
