Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  • Mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.
  • Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  • Cover the ribs tightly with another layer of foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
  • Remove the foil and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
  • Increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  • Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
