Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
Mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Cover the ribs tightly with another layer of foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
Remove the foil and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
Increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
