Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Dip each chicken piece into the egg, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to ensure it sticks.
  • Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the chicken for extra crispiness.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
