Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh peaches sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
  • Pour the peach mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Stir in melted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the peaches.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  • Serve warm, preferably with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
