Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a ball and flatten it into a circle about ¼ inch thick.
Place the flattened dough onto the hot stone or tray.
Bake for 5-7 minutes or until pitas puff up and gain a slight golden color.
