Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Add pepperoni slices or your choice of toppings.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly into a log.
  • Cut the rolled dough into 1-inch slices.
  • Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the tops with olive oil and an egg wash for a golden finish.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
