Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Add pepperoni slices or your choice of toppings.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly into a log.
Cut the rolled dough into 1-inch slices.
Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with olive oil and an egg wash for a golden finish.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
