Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced pork
  • 1/2 cup peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the diced pork and sauté until heated through.
  • Push the pork to one side and scramble the beaten eggs.
  • Add peas, carrots, and bell peppers; stir to combine.
  • Add cooked rice and mix well.
  • Pour in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
