Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and peel the potatoes, if desired.
  • Slice the potatoes thinly into rounds or sticks.
