Pipe small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
Let the profiteroles cool completely.
Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Fill each profiterole with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate ganache before serving.
