Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla or chocolate
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cooking spray or butter for the pan

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine rolled oats, banana, eggs, protein powder, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Let the batter sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
