Ingredients

  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Ground meat chicken, pork, or tofu
  • Shredded vegetables carrots, cabbage, bell peppers
  • Fresh herbs cilantro, mint
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic minced
  • Ginger minced
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Water for sealing

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • In a bowl, mix ground meat, shredded vegetables, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
  • Place a wrapper on a flat surface.
  • Add a spoonful of filling in the center.
  • Fold the sides over the filling.
  • Roll the wrapper tightly from the bottom.
  • Seal the edges with water.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add oil.
  • Place dumplings in the pan and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
