Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups Ritz crackers crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk.
  • Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle buttered Ritz crackers evenly over the chicken mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
