Remove the outer layers of the garlic bulb skin, leaving the cloves intact.
Slice the top off the garlic bulb to expose the individual cloves.
Drizzle olive oil over the exposed cloves.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper for added flavor.
Wrap the garlic bulb in aluminum foil.
Place the wrapped garlic bulb on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until cloves are soft and golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Squeeze the roasted cloves out of their skins and enjoy!
