Ingredients

  • 1 whole garlic bulb
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Remove the outer layers of the garlic bulb skin, leaving the cloves intact.
  • Slice the top off the garlic bulb to expose the individual cloves.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the exposed cloves.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper for added flavor.
  • Wrap the garlic bulb in aluminum foil.
  • Place the wrapped garlic bulb on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until cloves are soft and golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  • Squeeze the roasted cloves out of their skins and enjoy!
