Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and scrub the baby potatoes.
Cut larger potatoes in half.
Toss potatoes with olive oil.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 30-35 minutes.
Flip potatoes halfway for even browning.
Remove from oven and garnish with parsley.
