Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and scrub the baby potatoes.
  • Cut larger potatoes in half.
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 30-35 minutes.
  • Flip potatoes halfway for even browning.
  • Remove from oven and garnish with parsley.
