Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillet
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  • Place the salmon cubes in the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • Arrange the coated salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
