Add olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture.
Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
After rising, punch down the dough to release air.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Cover and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
