Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.

  • Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  • Add the sausage slices to the baking sheet with the potatoes.
  • Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
