Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground sausage
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of baking mix
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, cheddar cheese, and baking mix.
  • Add the milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to the mixture.
  • Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
