Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  • In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat.
  • Add the shredded chicken to the skillet.
  • Sprinkle paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
  • Stir well to coat the chicken evenly with the spices.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  • While the chicken cooks, warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
  • Assemble the tacos by placing the seasoned chicken on each tortilla.
  • Top with diced onions and chopped cilantro.
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top.
  • Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
