Remove the chops from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add sliced onions and mushrooms.
Sauté until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender.
Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir well.
Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Return the pork chops to the skillet and cover.
Simmer for 20 minutes until the pork is cooked through and tender.
