Add the fideo noodles and toast them until golden brown.
Mix in the diced tomato, cumin, and chili powder.
Pour in the broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
