In a large bowl, mix the bread flour and sugar.
In another bowl, combine the sourdough starter and water.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
Mix until a dough forms, then add salt and olive oil.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth.
Allow it to rise for 4-6 hours or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
Place the dough in a greased loaf pan and cover again.
Let it rise for another 1-2 hours before baking at 220°C (425°F) for 30-35 minutes.
